Last year, in the ultra-competitive world of VEX Robotics, with 20,000 teams from over 40 countries, the top 94 teams qualified for the 2021 World Championships. Amazingly, our team took 3rd place, the highest placed American team. In 2022, they're off to an even better start, having already won numerous competitions, excellence awards, becoming the top team in Florida and qualified, once again, for the World Championships.
The Wiles Elementary robotics team ERA is named after its members (MillER, ParkER, ZandER, LaRA (94537X) has qualified for the VEX IQ World Competition in Dallas, Texas! After a challenging season and over 150 hours of researching, designing, building, testing, modifying, and programming, we are currently the #1 team in Florida and so far the only Alachua County team to make it to Worlds!
In order to participate in this World Championship event, we need to raise over $6,000 by April 26 to cover the cost of registration and travel. We are seeking sponsors to support our team. Your contributions are TAX DEDUCTIBLE!!!
